Joining an order
Someone sent you a link.
Open it, pick your size, pay for your shirt. That is the whole thing. It takes about a minute on a phone, which is where most people do it.
Don’t have the link?
We cannot look your group up for you — the link belongs to whoever organized the order. Ask the person who told you about the shirts. If you think the order has already closed, they can email us at hello@thesizerun.com and we will tell them honestly whether it can still be added to.
Picking a size
Not every style comes in every size. Your group’s store shows only the sizes that shirt actually offers, and each style carries fit notes so you know whether it runs large.
Ordered the wrong size? Tell your organizer before the store closes and we will change it. After that it has gone to print.
What happens
- 01
Open the link
Your organizer sends one link — usually in an email, a group chat or a bulletin. It goes straight to your group's store. There is no account to make and no password.
- 02
Pick your size
You will see the shirt your group chose and the sizes it comes in. Pick yours. If you are between sizes, the fit notes on each style say whether it runs large or small.
- 03
Pay for your own shirt
You pay with your own card, for your shirt only. Nobody is collecting cash, and your organizer is not fronting the money and chasing you for it later.
- 04
Your organizer hands it to you
Everything ships to your organizer in one box, bagged and labelled with each person's name. They hand you yours.
Actually here to start one?
If you are the person organizing the shirts rather than joining them, that is the other side of this.
